Group Work for Long Term Weight Loss and Optimal Health, Mind-Body-Spirit for WOMEN

Have you been DIETING on and off or have lost weight only to gain it back?

 

The most difficult part of starting a weight loss program and changing your lifestyle is the process of making the decision and creating a solid intention. This is paramount to success.

There are many weight loss approaches and trends out there. Many systems can work if you approach it with commitment. Group Work fosters that y commitment and provides a support network to achieve lasting change.

Join my next group that is forming soon that will make that long term change happen. Join a 12 week group starting SOON -- the time and day will be determined. The first two weeks will involve education, assessment and group interaction that fosters the development of communication skills with one another to enhance support and motivation for beginning the journey of getting healthy and fit. This will be followed by a program that utilizes food itself to begin to boost metabolism and burn fat. The rest of the program will be designed to help you move into a lifestyle approach to eating, while maintaining optimal health that will last as long as you want.

I participate in most health insurance companies so check with me to determine the coverage. Read the description below and if you are interested click on Register and the first two who sign up will receive a free copy of Dr. Phil’s book called “The Seven Keys to Weight Loss Freedom” or "Entering the Zone, Dietary Road Map to Lose Weight Permanently" by Barry Sears. These and other books and resources will be used in the group work.

Group Format

Since it generally takes 6 weeks for form new habits, this group will provide you that opportunity to:

1) Choose the right program that works for you including nutrition, dietary supplements-products and exercise. Experts will be brought in as guest consultants to help explain and sort out those choices.

2) Use the science of high yield nutrition- choosing the precise proportions of proteins, carbs and fats that will help your body stay in a fat burning state.

3) Promote loss of fat tissue while increasing muscle tissue, the key to raising your metabolism- includes a visit with an exercise consultant.

4) Avoid hunger pangs, cravings, low energy and emotional ups and downs during the weight loss period and later.

5) Master your impulse eating while looking at your self defeating thoughts that lead to use food as a source of comfort. Learn mindfulness practice, "awareness of the present moment with acceptance" which helps in managing stress.

6) Focus on real food, purchasing, skills to prepare the highest level of nutritionally healthy meals that are convenient and time saving--- includes 7 day meal plans and recipe exchanges while sampling nutritious foods.

7) Learn to utilize self hypnosis, imagry, meditation. Remover negative sources of emotion with energy psychotherapy methods and exercises to address and master the aspects of cravings and emotional eating.

8) Learn to shop for high density nutritional foods at lowest cost with tips from an expert on how to best prepare them.

9 ) Share books and resources that provide research, information and helpful aids in losing weight and keeping it off.
